NDIA is excited to partner again with the Defense Logistics Agency, for 2026’s most important supply chain and logistics event. This year's DLA Supply Chain Alliance Symposium & Exhibition will take place June 2-3, 2026, in Columbus, OH!

The exhibit hall provides a forum for current and potential vendors to showcase future logistics support strategies, challenges and to streamline efforts to better support the Warfighter. If your company is DLA supplier or interesting in becoming one, this is the event for you!

Connect with industry and defense leaders with backgrounds in Logistics and Acquisition, Aviation, Land & Maritime, as well as General and Flag Officer speakers from military services who will provide critical perspective across elements of the end-to-end DoD supply chain. This is an opportunity to revitalize partnerships and alliances through an exchange of ideas and discussion, thus enhancing and modernizing our supply chain resiliency in a contested logistics environment.

No matter if you are a small or large business, already doing business with DLA or looking to learn how to, exhibiting and sponsoring is a great way to showcase your products and services to this elite audience.
 

Cost to Exhibit
Corporate Member Rate*: $31.00 / sq. ft. ($3,100 per 10x10)
(Note: your corporate member dues must be current to be able to get the member rate).
*Rate also applies to bona-fide U.S. government agencies and academic institutions.

Non-Corporate Member Rate: $36.00 / sq. ft. ($3,600 per 10x10)

Exhibit Rate Includes:
-Fabric back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign
-24 hour security
-Company profile online and in mobile app
-Two complimentary full registrations for exhibit personnel, per 10' x 10'
-All networking social functions
-All scheduled meal events including breakfasts, lunches, etc.
**Carpet, Tables, Chairs and Electricity are not included with booth purchase
 

How to Secure Exhibit Space
If you already have an account, select "Login" at the top right, otherwise, select "Create Account." Once you are logged in, under the "Exhibitor Info" dropdown menu, select "Exhibitor Hub." On that page you will see a blue banner labeled "Reserve your Booth for DLA 2026!" Select that banner and the website will walk you through the steps to secure your space.

Exhibit Personnel Registration
For each 10x10 exhibit space that your organization occupies, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full registrations, which do account for your booth personnel. Once your booth has been purchased, separate instructions will be sent. 

Membership Savings
To qualify for the member rate on booths listed above, a $500 savings per 10x10 booth, your company must join NDIA as a Corporate Member first. For more information on joining, visit https://www.ndia.org/membership.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 100% penalty fee on all cancelled or reduced exhibit space. All cancellations or reductions in exhibit space must be in writing. For all cancelled or reduced space, exhibitor badges assigned to that space will be automatically relinquished.​​​
